4 Easy Steps To Ordering Your Pins

1.    Send us your idea – whether it’s a written note or a scribbled doodle on the back of an envelope or a computer designed, finished masterpiece.
(Click here for design tips.)  Let us know what type of pin you'd like, the size, how many you need and when you need them.

2.    We’ll send you a price quote and professionally produced piece of art. We’ll do unlimited revisions until your design is exactly how you want it.

3.    Approve the art and provide payment. (Click here for payment terms.)

4.    If you’ve ordered a sample, it will arrive approximately ten days after you approve the final production-line artwork. If you don’t require a sample,
your order will arrive on your doorstep in approximately 30-60 days. Rush and Supersonic services are available for an additional cost.

  

PAYMENT TERMS

Inquire about special discounts for not-for-profit groups and national business partners.

Individuals: Payment is due in full with order.

Recognized Organizations:  50% deposit is required with order. Balance due just prior to shipment of merchandise.
With an authorized purchase order, schools and governmental organizations may pay in full 30 days after shipment.

Repeat Customers: Repeat customers may apply for terms to meet their needs. Inquire by phone, mail or e-mail.

FREE Shipping Offer: Payment is due in full with order. Applies only to standard ground service shipped to a business address in the continental United States.
A $7.00 carrier surcharge will be applied to all deliveries to residential addresses. Rush shipping is additional.

Florida Residents: Please allow for sales tax or send a copy of your Dept of Revenue Resale Certificate or Consumer Certificate of Exemption.

Payment Methods: We accept business checks, VISA and MasterCard.

Priority Service. Pins will arrive 30-60 days from final art approval. No additional charge.

Rush Service. Pins will arrive 16-30 days from final art approval. 10% of total order cost + air shipping cost.

Supersonic Service. Pins will arrive 10-15 days from final art approval. 20% of total order cost + air shipping cost.
