Here is a report from Sophie for Mrs. Johnson's 3rd Grade Class...

My dad owns a business named  Carab Enterprises.  His company designs  and  imports lapel pins and coins. He gets customers by mailing to people and going to trade shows. He also gets customers on his website, www.thepinspot.com. He also owns 12 other websites to get customers. He spends most of his time on the computer and talking on the phone. I helped my dad today because it is National Take Your Kid To Work Day . I worked on the computer, helped do a mailing and learned about how to ship the pins. But he would not let me answer the phone. My dad’s job is good because he doesn't have to go far to his office and he can come to my school sometimes for lunch. I liked working in his office today.
